I am someone who has been into skincare since I started wearing makeup. I’ve always made sure to remove my makeup, cleanse my skin, and moisturize but since turning 25(!! what) I have really been making sure to take care of my skin. Although I haven’t quite dove into a ton of anti-aging remedies just yet, I definitely see myself purchasing them very soon.
I love finding beauty products on the cheap, that actually work, and believe me – they are out there! These are my top ride or die (under ten bucks) products as of lately. I see myself adding in more creams and potions, but for now this is what i’m working with.
Cetaphil Daily Face Cleanser | The only face cleanser that is super gentle on my skin, and always does a great job. I use it every day and night.
Simple Micellar Water | This is a must have for me. Even if I cleanse my face, I still use this and you’d be so surprised (and disgusted) how much makeup and dirt is left.
Organic Coconut Oil | Believe it or not, this is a holy grail. This stuff truly does anything and everything without irritating my skin. I have used it as a cleanser, to help the ezcema under my eyes in the winter, a shave cream, and mostly – a moisturizer. It’s a freaking miracle worker. I keep a bottle for cooking and another in my bathroom closet. The bomb.com
Mario Badescu Rose Facial Spray | Seven bucks. Run, don’t walk. I just finished up my second bottle and I am already planning my next Ulta trip to grab it up again. I have such dry and dull skin, and this stuff is so refreshing and works great as a makeup setting spray. It just goes to show that all great skincare products don’t have to cost an arm and a leg.
L’Oreal Pure-Clay Dexox & Brighten Mask | All time favorite mask. This is so beneficial for my dry skin. I use it every single week and my skin automatically looks brighter, feels softer, and my pores are smaller.
