Favorite Essential Oil Supplies

January 13, 2020 by Vivian Leave a Comment

If you’ve followed me for some time on Instagram you’d know how much I love my essential oils and Young Living products. I have been using them exclusively for almost a year, and I love helping people get started learning about Essential Oils. One of the things I want to start this year is sharing more about why and how I specifically use oils and non toxic products. How easy it can be to start and why it matters to me. So, I want this post to be a good resource for anyone who has maybe just started to use oils and non toxic products and wants to figure out how to get the most use out of them!

Amber Glass Spray Bottle Set – This is the perfect little starter kit to help you get the most out of your oils. You’ll want glass bottles for your Thieves cleaner!

Roller Bottles – This is one of my favorite roller bottle companies. Making rollers for any and all things is one of my favorite ways to use my oils daily. We make them for our son, for sore muscles, sleep, anxiety, etc.

Fractionated Coconut Oil – This is a great carrier oil to have on hand to dilute your oils in rollers, or for young children.

Jojoba Oil –  Perfect for facial DIY’s

Epsom Salt – You’ll want to keep epsom salt on hand. Such an amazing product when used in addition to essential oils. We will do detox baths when sick, baths for sore muscles, or you can make awesome relaxing bath salts!

Label Maker – This has become one of my favorite items ever. It’s so inexpensive and handy to make labels for all of your rollers and bottles.

Wool Dryer Balls – This is a simple and great non-toxic switch you can make. These cut drying time, and you can add a couple of drops of essential oils to them to make your clothes smell so freaking good.

Small Diffuser (for bedrooms) – Once you grab your kit, you get a big diffuser – but I have two of these smaller ones for each of our rooms and they are a must for sleep.

Bottle Stickers – Once your collection grows (and it will) these will be sooo handy. I just recently started using these, and what a game changer.

Oil + Glass Book – This book is such an amazing resource to have on hand. Filled with tons of information & recipes!

Oil Holder – Once your supply gets started you’ll want somewhere to store your oils. Keep them out in sight so you remember to reach for them and use them daily!

Travel Diffuser For Car – If you commute or travel a lot – this will be your BFF for stressful car rides. Pop some stress away in there and chill. Works great as an air freshener as well.

I will keep this post updated, and If you have any questions or are curious about oils just shoot me a message, I’d be more than happy to help.
